Terms of Service

Last updated: May 22, 2026

These Terms of Service describe the basic terms for using Petaflo websites, demos, and pilot software. Petaflo is a Seoul-based software startup building AI agent workflows for privacy-sensitive teams, including Zipcode, a local and edge AI coding agent.

1. Pilot Use

Petaflo products and demos may be offered as early pilot software. Pilot features can change as we improve product reliability, security, and customer workflows. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, pilot access is provided for evaluation and product discovery.

2. Customer Data

Customers and pilot users are responsible for choosing what data they provide to Petaflo. We design workflows to support controlled handling of source evidence, run history, and generated outputs. We do not claim ownership of customer source code, documents, or private operational data.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Petaflo services to violate laws, compromise systems, misuse credentials, infringe third-party rights, or generate harmful or deceptive content. We may limit or suspend access if use appears unsafe, abusive, or inconsistent with these terms.

4. AI Outputs

AI-generated outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Users should review recommendations, code changes, reports, and deployment notes before relying on them in production or customer-facing work.

5. Availability

Early products and demos may not be continuously available. Petaflo may update, pause, or discontinue pilot features while we improve the platform.
